We only develop in core student locations, providing secure and safe environments with comfort and well-being a priority. Sustainability is at the core of our developments, and we aim to use the most environmentally-friendly materials, technology, and construction techniques practically available and applicable to each particular building.

It’s such a great place to come back to after uni every day and there’s always so much going on to make sure we’re having fun and relaxing in our free time – whether it’s free food, quiz nights, painting, Limelight is honestly the best place to be and the staff go above and beyond!”

“Having lived in numerous different student accommodations I can confidently say that Limelight is hands down the best! The location is amazing! It’s right in the heart of Liverpool: close to uni, the city centre and Lime Street station meaning everything is just a short walk away. The rooms are super high spec with comfy beds, plenty of storage, and fast Wi-Fi. The facilities are amazing too: there’s a gym, a cinema room where you can chill with friends, and a sky lounge with great views, perfect for hanging out or studying. Plus, the staff are really friendly and always happy to help, which makes a big difference! It’s also secure with a member of staff on-site 24/7, so you feel safe living here. If you’re looking for a place that has it all I’d say that Limelight is the one!”
